Wheatsheaf - UK200Group conference charity
Wheatsheaf Trust is very proud to be the chosen conference charity for this year’s UK200Group annual conference at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton.
UK200Group is the UK’s leading association of independent chartered accountants and law firms, with connections around the world. The association brings together around 150 member offices in the UK with more than 500 partners who serve roughly 150,000 business clients and with international links in nearly 70 countries.
Fiander Tovell, an independent, partner-led accountancy practice and UK200Group member recommended Wheatsheaf Trust to be this year’s conference charity because of our consistent record locally in supporting disadvantaged people into work.
Declan Swan, UK200Group CEO said that “the association is interested in social value and the role that members can play from an employment support perspective and do more in their communities. Our members have already been involved with the YESS Initiative to support budding entrepreneurs. As this year’s conference is being held in Southampton, local charity Wheatsheaf Trust was a logical choice as conference charity because of the exemplary work they do to support young people and unemployed adults.”
The conference takes place 16th, 17th and 18th November at the Ageas Bowl and promises to be an excellent event and a great opportunity for Wheatsheaf Trust to further develop our relationship with the business community by connecting with UK200Group’s forward thinking members.
