NEW vacancy for Key Worker on the Isle of Wight

Wheatsheaf Trust is seeking an inspirational Key Worker to join us in transforming the lives of people disadvantaged in the labour market. We are working on the Isle of Wight and across South Hampshire, and are a registered charity dedicated to promoting social inclusion for disadvantaged groups through advising and supporting people to enter training, education or employment.

We are seeking to appoint a full and/or part time Key Worker on a 12 month fixed term contract.  There will be a requirement to do outreach work and therefore access to own transport is essential. 

Applicants should have experience of supporting long term unemployed people into work. Experience of supporting people with disabilities, health conditions and mental health issues into employment will be an advantage. Applicants should also be NVQ qualified in Information, Advice & Guidance (Level 4) or equivalent.

 Salary:        £23,711 - £26,831
